A lot of people dream big around the new year. People’s New Year’s Resolutions are typically incredibly ambitious. If you are one of those people, please remember,

Imagine it you want maybe a Million Dollars about 500 Million Naira plus but you put in 30,000 Naira or below 100 dollars Effort or work ethic, even Mr Macaroni will ask you

Oiin you are not doing well 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have nothing against unrealistic dreams. In fact, I encourage people to dream as unrealistically as possible. I would even go as far as to say your dreams should be so unrealistic that people laugh at you.

However, the more unrealistic your dreams are, the more unrealistic your work ethic should be.

Please keep dreaming big. Just be sure to ask yourself, do your expectations match your actions?

3 Keys to Creating Your Million-Dollar Work Ethic

 Too many people determine the “what” of setting sales goals, yet never get into action or gain any momentum because their work ethic isn’t equal to the size of their goals.

That being said, I want to share three keys to creating a million-dollar work ethic that will help you make this your best sales year yet!

Million-Dollar Work Ethic #1: Hustle

 Gary Vee says, “Without hustle, there is a limit your  talent will only carry you .” 

If you want your sales to shoot off the charts this year, I’m challenging you get up off your butt and work harder than you’ve ever worked in your life.

Make one more call. Read one more chapter. Follow up with 10 more people. Outwork everyone – including your former self.

As you pray for Success also balance it with the required Work Ethic.

JUST FLAT OUT DO MORE!

Will it be tough? Yes.

Will you get less sleep? Absolutely.

Will you desire comfort and want to quit? Yes 

Will it be worth it to push through and work like you never have? I GUARANTEE IT.

Million-Dollar Work Ethic #2: Focus

It’s easy to get distracted from your sales goals.  anyone? Maintaining focus will be crucial to having your best year yet.

And I believe that it’s nearly impossible to pursue a million-dollar work ethic if you’re unwilling to minimize distractions in your life.

With everything from Facebook to mobile devices to television (I mean seriously, how many channels do we really need?) keeping your eye on the prize becomes more and more difficult every day.

To stay focused on your sales goals, I suggest these three million-dollar best practices:

Relentlessly review your progress daily

Have a true accountability partner

Eliminate any and all potential distraction triggers (phone, email, T.V.)

Million-Dollar Work Ethic #3: Fail

Many people, including me, feel addicted to perfectionism. This creates a real problem because it compels us to linger in the “planning” stages and never really get anything accomplished.

That isn’t a work ethic. It’s a wish ethic.

Whatever you want to accomplish this year, recognize you are going to  make a lot of mistakes. So, commit to failing your way to success.

You cannot learn how to drive a car only by reading 100 books or watching 100 YouTube videos, you must also get your butt on the car seat and start moving the car alongside a driving coach especially if you are still new to driving.

Stop focusing on getting it all right and get moving. Once you’re in motion, you will find it much easier point yourself in the right direction!
